WILMINGTON, Del. - Ashland Specialty Ingredients, a commercial unit of Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH), is increasing the price of its Surfadone LP-100 wetting agent, also known as N-octyl pyrrolidone (NOP) effective immediately, or as contracts allow.
