Ashland announces new distribution partner for microbial protection in Thailand

Bangkok, Thailand – March 26, 2026 – Effective April 1, 2026, Ashland Inc. announces the appointment of Catalite Co., Ltd, an affiliate of Azelis Group NV, as the new distribution partner for Ashland’s microbial protection solutions in Thailand.

Catalite will represent Ashland’s comprehensive portfolio of innovative microbial technologies across the skin, hair, oral, and home care markets. The partnership covers a wide range of industry-leading solutions, including:

• multifunctional ingredients, with ‌versatile abilities such as solubilizing, moisturizing, well-aging, and antimicrobial stabilizing;
• eco-conscious solutions, which are biodegradable, natural-origin, or compliant with a number of certification bodies such as NATRUE, COSMOS, IBD, NPA;
• progressive preservatives, based on aromatic alcohols and organic acids, approved for all major global markets, and suitable for a diverse range of formulations;
• classic preservatives, delivering efficient, balanced, and synergistic antimicrobial power to a wide variety of personal care and household applications;
• deodorant actives, providing fast efficacy against odor-causing bacteria at low concentrations while respecting the skin’s individual microbiome;
• microbiological quality management (MQM), a holistic approach to protect the high-quality of cosmetic products while balancing ecological and economic factors.
