Madrid, Spain, October 9, 2018 – Ashland has launched Aquarius™ Genesis, a new-generation, high-solids film coating system for immediate-release applications. This new Aquarius™ film coating is designed for application at up to 35% solids and can increase the throughput of continuous or batch coating processes while producing films with outstanding strength, adhesion and smoothness. 
 

DOEL, Belgium, October 4, 2018 – Ashland is celebrating 40 years of production at its Doel plant, the only Ashland facility exclusively devoted to the production of methylcellulose, a key ingredient in a wide array of products ranging from construction dry mixes (cement and gypsum based), emulsion paints, advanced ceramics to pharmaceuticals, cosmetics. 

MUMBAI, India, October 3, 2018 – Ashland today announced it will increase the price of its portfolio of all composites products in India by 7.5 INR per kilo (+/-100US$ per ton). This increase will take effect immediately, or as soon as possible thereafter as contracts allow.

DUBLIN, Ohio (September 17, 2018) – Ashland announced today it will increase the price of maleic anhydride sold in North America by $0.04/lb. This increase will take effect October 1st or as contracts and price agreements allow.

DUBLIN, OHIO, August 28, 2018 – Ashland is increasing prices on its portfolio of resins and gelcoats up to $0.05/lb. The increases apply to North America and are effective September 12, 2018 or as agreements allow.

BARCELONA, Spain, August 16, 2018 – Ashland today announced it will increase the price of its portfolio of all composites products in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) by 100 Euros per metric ton. This increase will take effect September 1, 2018, or as soon as possible thereafter as contracts allow.
